You retain management and budget responsibility. I help with concepts and technical decisions, clarify interfaces with the disciplines involved and contribute to implementation. I do not replace every specialist: I help them work towards a coherent technical result. We can start with a concept or connect an existing machine and bring a fragmented architecture together.

My industrial background is automotive body-in-white production. Mechanics, electronics, embedded systems, controls, HMI and infrastructure are connected disciplines. Data analysis, cloud, machine vision and AI complement them where useful. AI-assisted software development uses small, traceable steps, version control and ongoing checks.

Through SLARK I develop and market my own electronic products. Light IT connects technical development with manufacturing, supply chains and actual sales.
