Your mechanical, electronics, controls and IT teams know their fields. I help them resolve the interfaces between those fields and develop a coherent technical system. Where needed, I also implement electronics, firmware, HMI and infrastructure myself.

I work independently as an external developer and system integrator. Your internal project lead retains management and budget responsibility; I help your specialists make technically consistent decisions and turn them into working systems.

My industrial background is automotive body-in-white production. I bring that experience to other industries without assuming that every process needs the same level of automation.

We can start by reviewing a concept, or by examining an existing machine and the interfaces that need to be connected. A short description of the situation, project stage and main open question is enough for the first conversation.

Industrial integration — confidential project

For a robotic end-of-arm tool used in body-in-white production, my contribution spans the data flow, initial embedded-hardware design, HMI and firmware development, network architecture, commissioning rollout and test records. I also contribute to mechanical planning and sensor-interface selection. Customer identity and product details remain confidential.

Light IT — a product of SLARK

Electronics, mechanical and thermal design, manufacturing aids, supply chain and packaging: an own-product development with around 1,000 lamps sold and delivered worldwide.

JoyTap — compact hardware integration

An engineering example combining button mechanics, PCB design and Bluetooth HID firmware. SLARK GmbH is the separate product company; Bianca Robotics presents the engineering contribution.
